Two of my AC thermostats failed. The technician came out and admitted they weren’t working, then CHW denied the claim saying thermostats aren’t part of the AC system. That’s ridiculous. Then they assigned a claim manager who was rude, dismissive, and even shouted at me. I’ve never seen such poor service.
They need to be investigated.

I filed a claim for a breaker issue. The tech replaced the garbage disposal instead. A few days later, the breaker failed again. Now they want me to pay another service fee for a second visit, while the original issue still isn’t fixed. How is that fair?

I was sold a long-term policy with coverage for outdoor appliances. But when I submitted claims, they found fine print to deny both. Why offer coverage in the desert if heat voids it? Total bait and switch.
